Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Siding Crew Foreman to lead and oversee siding installation projects on commercial and residential construction sites. In this role, you will coordinate crew members, meet project deadlines, ensure quality standards, and uphold safety regulations. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, ensuring that all siding work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your siding and construction expertise while managing teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise siding installation crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
- Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical documents to interpret project requirements accurately.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations such as OSHA standards across all job sites.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project superintendents on time & material budgets, and resource allocation for siding projects.
- Supervise team performance, provide training, ensure safety protocols including OSHA regulations are folowed, and foster a productive work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience managing siding or exterior wall installation projects within the construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee safety compliance according to federal safety regulations such as OSHA standards.
- Supervisory experience supervising crews on with a focus on quality control and timely completion.
- Familiarity with equipment operation such as skytrack/boomlifts is a plus.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with installation of various types of siding; James Hardie, LP SmartSide, Vinyl, Etc
- Bilingual is a plus
- Experience managing & training siding crews
- Outgoing personality with ability to lead teams and motivate others
- Strong Communication Skills
- Able to work some evening and weekends when necessary

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
