The Role:
In your role as a Field Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support our sales team by connecting and engaging with potential prospects. With our strong training programs designed by industry experts, you'll develop the skills and tools necessary to excel in this position. This role provides valuable experience in marketing as well as comparable experience from working directly with the sales department. You will be the tip of the spear in the development of the department and individual growth.
Role Responsibilities:
- Engage Potential Customers: Utilize your communication skills to connect with potential customers and provide them with valuable information about our services.
- Provide Value: Serve as the initial point of contact between customers and our company - use knowledge and expertise to schedule appointments for inspections and estimates.
- Brand Representative: Uphold our company's standards of professionalism and excellence in every interaction, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
Expectations:

Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary and Lucrative Commission-Structure: Your salary as a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist will vary based on your level of experience and performance in the role. You will be paid a competitive base salary with weekly commission and a bonus structure designed to incentivize your success to make as much money as possible!
