Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Siding Installation Crew with experience in Vinyl siding, Fiber-Cement siding, Soffit/Fascia, Window installation, and other misc. repairs. The ideal candidate will perform various repairs as directed in work orders from our sales representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on various types of siding.
- Install windows.
- Execute work orders provided by sales representatives.
- Be timely and efficient.
- Communicate effectively with production department.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Run the schedule set by the production manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in siding repair/install, window measuring and installation.
- Strong communication skills to interact with production team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain schedules.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
