Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Property Accounting
- Compliance, Regulatory, and Investor Requirements
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of property management accounting experience, including at least 2 years in LIHTC or other affordable housing programs (HUD, RD, HOME, PBRA, etc.).
- Experience with RealPage Onesite is preferred
Salary Information
- Up to $80,000
