We are seeking a hands-on, driven Operations Manager to elevate and lead our clients manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring structure, accountability, and forward-thinking leadership to a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily production operations across two connected manufacturing area
- Lead and manage approximately 33 employees across production operation
- Supervise and develop production supervisors, team leads, and frontline employee
- Own scheduling, staffing, and daily production execution
- Monitor throughput, productivity, and overall floor performance
- Drive accountability and reinforce established KPIs across all levels of the team
- Address performance issues promptly and fairly, ensuring expectations are met
- Partner closely with Quality and senior leadership to ensure product standards are consistently achieve
- Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Take full ownership of the production floor and operate it with a sense of responsibility as if it were your own

- Proven experience in food manufacturing or production leadership
- Strong ability to lead supervisors and frontline teams in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor
- Experience managing staffing, scheduling, and production workflows
- Strong understanding of KPIs, operational performance, and accountability systems
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation
- Salary range: $135,000 – $140,000 annually
