Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Coordinate with housekeeping management to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.
- Process reservations and manage room assignments using hotel management software.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, including custodial duties and floor care, is beneficial.

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
