- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to uphold high cleanliness standards
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linen items
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, and using appropriate cleaning equipment for different surfaces
- Use cleaning detergents and supplies effectively while adhering to safety guidelines
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment with proper technique to prevent injury
- Communicate professionally with guests to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction during service delivery
Requirements
- Experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial or hotel experience is a plus
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums and washing machines
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and sanitation protocols accurately
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Physical ability to perform moderate lifting and manual handling tasks regularly
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
