Position Summary
We are seeking dependable Homemakers to provide non-medical home support services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on helping clients maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment while fostering independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping).
- Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Run errands and assist with organizing the home environment.
- Provide companionship and encourage daily engagement.
- Report client changes or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Document services accurately through daily logs or EVV (Electronic Visit Verification).
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in home care, housekeeping, or caregiving preferred.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a background check (CAPS, fingerprint, and motor vehicle if driving).
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
Schedule & Pay
- Flexible hours (Monday – Sunday based on client needs).
- Pay range: $18 – $23 per hour based on experience and location.
- Weekly or bi-weekly direct deposit.
