Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Steward at Central Park Club, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining organization of all back of house equipment
- Upholding cleanliness standards in accordance with company guidelines.
- Follow Department of Health rules and regulations to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Keep dish stations organized and stocked with necessary chemicals.
- Sweep and mop BOH stations as needed without supervision.
- Change and clean trash cans as needed without supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
