Knowledge of electro-mechanical products is a plus but not required.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager in processing quotes, managing orders, and providing customers with product information and updates.Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and addressing technical queries.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's product line, particularly electro-mechanical products and subsea technology.Account Management: Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.CRM Management: Input and update customer information in the CRM system, track sales activities, and prepare reports for management.Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, coordinating with logistics and inventory teams.Problem Solving: Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to provide solutions for customers’ technical challenges.Sales Initiatives: Participate in sales initiatives, lead generation, and follow-ups with potential customers.Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving for customers.Qualifications:Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM software (HubSpot), and ERP systems.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electro-mechanical products or the subsea industry is a plus.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data, order processing, and reporting.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot customer issues.Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, production, and procurement.Preferred Skills:Experience with sales in a technical or industrial environment.Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems or subsea technologies.Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a results-driven attitude.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.4 years of experience in a sales support or inside sales role, preferably in a technical field.Compensation:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.This position is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with customers, and has a passion for technical products.
