Position: Dining Room Server
Location: Seattle
Schedule: TBD
Pay: $21.30/hr.
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Dining Room Server to support residents. This role is responsible for providing excellent dining service while creating a welcoming and respectful environment for residents.
Responsibilities
- Use supplies safely and in accordance
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take meal orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Assist residents with menu selections and questions as needed.
- Set up and clean dining areas before, during, and after meal service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining staff to ensure quality service.
- Promote a positive dining experience for all residents.
Qualifications
- Food Handler's Permit required.
- Previous serving or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be dependable, patient, professional, and enjoy working with seniors.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying.
- Ability to lift to 40 pounds.
- Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
