Position: Warehouse Inventory Specialist
Location: Seattle (North Seattle)
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday (Part-time 24hrs/week)
Pay: $22/hour-$25/hour
Express Employment Professionals – North Seattle is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to assist with daily warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and local deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, works well with a team, and is comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare inventory orders for retail stores.
- Receive shipments, stock merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and basic computer data entry.
- Communicate inventory shortages or discrepancies.
- Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous warehouse, inventory, retail, or delivery experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and following established procedures.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to push or pull heavy inventory loads, up to 100lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a warehouse with varying temperatures.
Dress Code
Clean, professional work attire and closed-toe shoes required.
