Machine Operator

We are looking for a mechanically inclined Machine Operator / Fabrication Technician to join a manufacturing team that builds industrial printing equipment used for envelope and commercial printing applications.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving multiple areas of the shop rather than operating one machine all day. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machine operation, or metalworking and is comfortable learning different equipment and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Operate press brakes and other metal fabrication equipment
• Use grinders and hand/power tools to finish and prepare components
• Load, unload, and monitor parts through an industrial oven
• Assist with fabrication and assembly of industrial printing machinery
• Read work instructions, measurements, and production specifications
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Move between different machines and production areas as needed
• Perform material handling and general shop duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with the production team to complete custom equipment and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Press brake experience is a plus
• Grinding, deburring, or metal finishing experience
• Metal fabrication experience
• CNC or manual machining experience is a plus
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Mechanically inclined and willing to learn multiple processes
