Your Role:

The primary goal of the HVAC Installer position is to provide expert-level replacements for residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits. Delivering top-tier service to ensure customer satisfaction. We are seeking professionals who are committed to quality workmanship, demonstrate a high standard of professionalism, and maintain a customer-first approach in every install.

Job Requirements | HVAC Installer

• [NOT REQUIRED] Residential HVAC Installation Experience: We provide extensive training in our onsite facility and on-the-job training.
• Willingness to Learn: Must be passionate about learning the trade and excited about a long-term career.
• Integrity and Communication Skills: High integrity with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization: Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Motivation and Attitude: Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong desires to improve.
• Physical Ability: Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting.
• Energetic Team Player: Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
• Driving Record: Few or no violations

Main Job Duties | HVAC Installer

• Installation: Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC Systems in residential homes with team members
• Communicating with Dispatch and Lead HVAC Installer
• Customer Rapport: Establish strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Professionalism: Demonstrate your knowledge and professionalism to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure accurate truck inventory.
• Training: Actively participate in all on-the-job training and formal exercises to master the trade.
• Paperwork: Complete accurate and timely paperwork.

Company-Wide:

• All work will be performed the right way, not the easy way
• All work will be performed according to the company’s policies and standards
• Immediate manager will be notified of any issues that cannot be resolved, or deadlines that cannot be met within a reasonable timeframe
• Client and company information will be held strictly confidential

• Residential Service and Replacements: We provide services such as furnace replacements, AC replacements, water heater installations, water filtration, and water softeners in residential homes. We do not do new construction.
