This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Denver metropolitan area, CO, for a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. You will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by fostering partnerships within the landscaping, construction, and property management industries.
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Strong skills in Business and Account Management to cultivate and maintain client relationships and oversee contracts.
- Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation, listening, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
- Familiarity with the landscaping, construction, or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
