- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits to verify financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Assist in managing guest relations by fostering a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property.
Basic qualifications
