We’re looking for a hands-on IT Technician to support and maintain our company’s technology infrastructure. This role involves managing hardware, software, network systems, and providing responsive user support. Ideal candidates will have experience with tools like NetSuite, Ubiquiti, Cisco, and Intune, along with strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and a background in IT through education or certifications.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Assist with onboarding of new users
- Set up accounts for new users
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary
- Test new technology and provide technical guidance and training to end users
- Maintain accurate inventory of all technological devices
- Document technical issues and solutions to develop a comprehensive knowledge base for future troubleshooting and training purposes
- Perform regular system updates and implement new security measures to safeguard against cyber threat
Requirements
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
- In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Excellent communication ability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
- Experience with NetSuite, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Crexendo, Entra, and Intune is preferred
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Microsoft Certified IT Professional will be an advantage
Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
Compensation Range: $63,000 USD - $65,000 USD
