What You'll Do:
• Coordinate time-sensitive shipments (hot-shot, expedite, truckload)
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers
• Bid on freight and negotiate rates
• Track and trace shipments
• Ensure 100% accuracy using our Transportation Management System
• Build strong relationships with customers and drivers
• Problem-solve in real-time to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
• Freight brokerage experience
• Strong computer and Microsoft Outlook skills
• Excellent communicator and confident negotiator
• Detail-oriented multitasker with a calm, get-it-done mindset
