A growing manufacturing facility in the Lancaster area is seeking experienced Skilled Machinists for immediate openings on multiple shifts. Candidates with strong CNC machining experience and the ability to work independently are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings available
- Weekend shift candidates highly needed
- Set up and adjust CNC machines
- Perform machine changeovers/troubleshooting
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Use precision inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Monitor quality and make necessary machine adjustments
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Previous CNC machining experience required
- Experience with machine setup and adjustments
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools
- Ability to read blueprints accurately
- Experience with G/M code is highly preferred and may qualify candidates for higher-level opportunities and pay
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
