Production Operators - All Shifts

Join a leading Baldwin, WI manufacturer as a Production Operator. This role involves operating a molding machine and ensuring the quality and packaging of finished products.

Various shift available:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:00pm)

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday (3:00pm - 11:00pm)

3rd Shift: Monday - Friday (11:00pm - 7:00am)

12-Hour Night Shift: 7:00pm-7:30am, $21.50/hr

• Operate molding machinery and run production jobs.

• Quality Check: Inspect, trim, and package finished parts; evaluate against standards.

• Perform manual assembly, sorting, labeling, and complete final packaging (WIP and finished goods).

• Complete necessary production documentation.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Basic math and communication skills.

• Ability to follow various instructions (oral, written, visual).

• Comfortable with frequent fast-paced, repetitive motion.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds (Medium Work).
