Shift: Monday- Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Possess knowledge of the truck scale operation to ensure that trucks are weighed in/out accurately.
- Record shipment data for tracking, accounting, and accuracy.
- Accountable for daily basic bookkeeping, including reconciliation of daily till.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Compute, record, and proofread data and other information.
- Maintain and update filing, mailing, and database systems in ROM.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Willing to perform other incidental duties as required and assigned by management.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent, or a combination of training and experience with one year as a receptionist.
- Convey information effectively both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Possess strong customer service skills.
- Detail oriented, responsible, and reliable.
- Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word) and 10-key by touch.
