Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative
This position is responsible for coordinating technicians performing field service calls for equipment repair. The company contracts with independent technicians around the country to service their customers. This person will be scheduling technicians, making sure that required parts are shipped in advance, and communicating with the customer.
- Determining parts and services the customer requires
- Scheduling service calls with independent technicians
- Coordinating service dates with customers and technicians
- Tracking parts shipments to arrive before the technician arrives on site
- Following up with customers to repair were completed satisfactorily
