You will be responsible for troubleshooting both electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring equipment reliability and supporting safe, efficient operations in our Fulfillment Center. As well as maintenance on electrical motors, conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and general building infrastructure.Maintenance Technician ResponsibilitiesRepair and troubleshoot conveyor systems and material handling equipmentPerform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenanceDiagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issuesMaintain and repair motors, man-lifts, propane torches, welding tools, and battery chargersConduct general facility maintenance such as light plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVACRead and interpret blueprints and electrical schematicsWork with high voltage (up to 480VAC) and low voltage DC systemsUse vendor manuals and procedures to perform repairsOperate powered equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks Support safe work practices and assist in directing other technicians as neededMaintenance Technician RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of maintenance experienceStrong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and electrical systemsAbility to troubleshoot electrical/electronic control systemsExperience with motor control and lighting systemsComfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsCommitment to safety and ability to follow all protocolsAbility to be trained and certified on MHE equipmentBenefits of Working with Express:Weekly pay and immediate benefits!
