Company Overview A growing plastic fabrication company is excited to introduce a new opportunity for an experienced Janitor. We're looking for someone who can assess our needs, establish effective cleaning routines, and ensure a well-maintained workspace.

Position Summary We are seeking a full-time, on-site Janitor to join our team in Crystal Lake, IL. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in an organized environment and can take initiative in developing cleaning schedules and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and the factory floor
• Develop and manage cleaning routines, schedules, and inventory
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
• Commit to a 45 hour workweek
• Start early, with working hours from 5:30 AM to approximately 3:30 PM

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial services or housekeeping
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
