DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filing information requests
- Track training requirements
- Digitize files
- Run metrics
- Maintaining schedules
- Greets all customers entering the office with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Performs clerical functions such as; answering telephones, preparing correspondence, and scanning/filing documents.
- Sorts, opens, and routes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail for delivery to the post office.
- Creating and Maintaining Word and Excel files
- Ordering office supplies
- Other duties may be assigned.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Suite Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must have experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Works efficiently
- Ability to multi-task
