Metal Fabricator CNC/Weld/Powder Coat

We are currently hiring for multiple Metal Fabrication roles to join our growing team in Bloomington, IL. If you have experience working with metal and take pride in precision and quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

Our fast-paced production environment offers opportunities to work with a variety of equipment and processes. We are seeking candidates for the following roles: Welders, Grinders, CNC Operators, Laser Operators, and Painters.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
• Set up and operate metal fabrication equipment, including CNC machines, welders, plasma cutters, grinders, and spot welders
• Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise specifications
• Assemble metal components using welding and other fastening techniques
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and production efficiency
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced team members as needed

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in metal fabrication or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Working knowledge of welding methods and fabrication tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications are a plus
