Medical Receptionist

Are you an experienced Bi-Lingual Medical Office Receptionist who enjoys working with patients and being the person who keeps a busy front desk running smoothly? We are hiring a Bi-Lingual (ENG/ESP) Medical Office Receptionist for a medical practice in Glen Ridge, NJ. This position offers a consistent Monday, Wednesday and Friday schedule from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and is a great opportunity for someone with previous medical office and electronic health records experience. Must Haves

• Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish (Non-Negotiable)
• Previous medical receptionist, medical front desk, or similar healthcare office experience
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR); knowledge of Epic and CURE is specifically preferred
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple phone lines while assisting patients
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality
• Friendly, outgoing, organized, and able to multitask effectively J

What You'll Be Doing

• Greet patients and provide a friendly, professional front-desk experience
• Check patients in and assist with front-office needs
• Answer and manage multiple incoming phone lines
• Work within electronic health record systems to support daily office operations
• Work closely with the medical office team to keep the front desk organized and patients moving efficiently

Nice to Haves

• Previous experience using Epic
• Familiarity with CURE
• Experience working in a busy physician, surgical, or specialty medical practice
• Strong patient-service skills and the ability to remain organized while handling several priorities at once
