- Monday to Friday Schedule
- Multiple Start times avail 8:30am, 9:30am and 10am
- Temp to hire is 13 weeks
- Increases and benefits upon hire
What you will be doing
- Processing and Providing Freight quotes
- Taking inbound emails and calls on vendor or customer inquires
- Providing trucking numbers and generating PO's
- Tracking freight and providing updates
- Handling all Vendor and Client inquires
- Review and Respond to emails professionally and quickly
Must have skills
- 1-3 years of prior CSR role within a Freight or similar organization
- Familiarty with the Freight or shipping industry
- Proficient with MS office or Google Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to have skills
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
