  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients, responding to inquiries related to account opening, trading activity, statements, reporting, and trading technology.
  • Receive, process, and submit customer trade orders as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal technical support teams to resolve platform and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with clearing firms to address account, trading, settlement, and operational matters.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of financial products, trading platforms, and applicable industry regulations.
  • Assist with trade reconciliation, settlement issues, and operational problem resolution.
  • Communicate with market centers and counterparties to troubleshoot trading issues and mitigate firm risk.
  • Support special projects, operational initiatives, and additional assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in trading operations, brokerage operations, or a related financial services role.
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 57 licenses preferred, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience with equities and options trading required; futures experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid technical aptitude and data proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of equity and options markets, order flow, and trade lifecycle processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, clearing firms, and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail equity and options trading platforms preferred.
