We're hiring an Account Manager. This Account Manager role is ideal for someone early in their career, someone transitioning from retail, hospitality, banking, recruiting, wireless sales, customer service, or another people-focused role, or someone who simply wants a chance to learn and grow. This Account Manager position is focused on building relationships with local businesses throughout parts of Essex and Passaic Counties. We're not looking for the most experienced salesperson, We're looking for the right person.
What We Offer:
- Base rate of $23 - $26 per hour
- Lucrative uncapped commission structure

You Do Not Need:
- Staffing experience
- Outside sales experience
- An existing book of business
- A sales degree or formal sales training
You Do Need:

- To be comfortable introducing yourself to new people
- To follow up when you say you're going to
- To be willing to learn
- To show up with a positive attitude every day
What You'll Do:
- Get out into the community and meet local business owners throughout Essex and Passaic Counties
- Introduce yourself, start conversations, and learn about local businesses
- Visit businesses in person and build relationships over time
- Stay in touch with the people you meet through phone calls, emails, Social media and follow-up visits
- Learn about hiring challenges local companies face and how our team can help
- Schedule appointments and create opportunities for deeper business conversations
- Work closely with our recruiting team to connect companies with great employees
- Stay organized, keep notes, and follow through on commitments
- Build a network of local business relationships that can grow into long-term partnerships
- Be creative in your day to day activities
