At 7:00 AM you pick up your company vehicle in Chippewa Falls, WI and review the first work order on your tablet. A service bay lift is due for inspection. By mid-morning, you’ve diagnosed a hydraulic leak, replaced seals, verified electrical connections, and documented everything electronically. After lunch, you’re across town calibrating a lubrication system and performing a safety check. Before you clock out at 4:30 PM, you’ve spoken with two shop managers about performance and next steps—and you’ve kept another set of shops operating safely and efficiently.

- Location: Chippewa Falls, WI
- Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain automotive lifts/hoists, lubrication equipment, suction pumps, and pressurized pumping systems
- Complete preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Service hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components
- Drive a company vehicle to customer sites across the region
- Submit electronic work orders, inspection results, and service notes
- Communicate clearly with customers about findings and performance
- Assist with equipment installs and upgrades
- Implement OSHA and lockout/tagout procedures at all times
- Pitch in on additional service and install projects as needed
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Skilled with hand and power tools; safety-first approach
- Comfort with basic computer tasks (email, electronic documentation)
- Professional communicator and customer-focused
- Physically able to lift, climb ladders, work off scaffolding, and handle demanding tasks
- Works well independently and with a team
- Dedicated to safe practices
- Background in automotive repair or service
- Experience as a service technician, in construction, or industrial maintenance
- Hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical troubleshooting exposure
- Welding, fabrication, or torch experience
- Familiarity with anchoring, concrete, and excavation practices
- Experience operating forklifts, scissor/aerial/telescoping lifts, skid loaders, or trailers
