Multi-Discipline Reliability Technician -- Plant Maintenance

We’re looking for a Multi-Discipline Reliability Technician to keep plant assets healthy and production-ready. You’ll blend electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing know-how to maximize uptime, improve safety, and maintain a first-class facility.

• Safeguard reliability: execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Find and fix fast: perform inspections, pinpoint root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Problem-solve together: collaborate across maintenance and operations to resolve complex issues.
• Keep evidence: record work performed, parts used, and results for complete, accurate maintenance histories.
• Enable new capacity: assist in installing, commissioning, and setting up new assets.
• Lead with safety: enforce LOTO and comply with all company policies and regulations.
• Keep learning: take part in training and development to broaden multi-craft expertise.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification/degree preferred.
• Track record in multi-craft maintenance within industrial or facility environments.
• Working knowledge across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Effective communicator; organized and dependable.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and take on-call duty when required.

This position is based in Vicksburg, MS. Work hours are flexible based on operational needs; on-call support may be required.
