Facility Maintenance and Custodial Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Part-Time Property Maintenance & Grounds Technician. This role is outdoors and requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and help keep multiple locations clean, safe, secure, and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain property appearance through landscaping, weed control, trimming, and trash removal.

Clean and prepare areas.

Perform basic repairs to unit doors, latches, locks, and hardware.

Conduct routine property inspections and report major repair needs.

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment at both locations.

Qualifications

Integrity, Honesty and a Desire to be a willing and hard working member of a team

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Basic maintenance, repair, and handyman skills.

Able to perform outdoor physical work (approximately 90% of the job) in varying weather conditions.

Ability to lift and move tools, equipment, and materials.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between locations.

Maintenance, landscaping, or property care experience preferred.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible hours (25-30 hours). Because most duties are performed outdoors, with early morning or later afternoon hours preferred to promote safety while ensuring all responsibilities are completed.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
