Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $22 /hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-focused CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Shreveport. In this role, you will set up and run CNC mills or lathes, ensuring parts are machined to precise specifications. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality components.

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills/lathes) based on production work orders

• Load material and fixtures; install cutting tools and set offsets

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T specifications

• Monitor machining processes and adjust feed rates and speeds as necessary

• Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to inspect finished parts

• Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues

• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation

• Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE

• Prior CNC machining experience (1 years preferred)

• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T

• Proficient with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges)

• Familiar with Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, or similar control systems a plus

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification a plus

• $22 /hour, commensurate with experience
