A day in the roleYou’ll begin with a quick equipment check, then navigate narrow aisles to stage and move pallets. Throughout the shift, you’ll scan products to keep inventory counts exact, communicate with teammates to hit targets, and keep your area spotless while following all safety rules.
What you’ll handle- Drive a high-reach lift to load, unload, and relocate materials throughout the warehouse.
- Use scanners and systems to record and track inventory accurately.
- Keep aisles and work areas clean and orderly while following safety procedures.
- Complete routine pre-/post-use inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Coordinate with the team to meet daily goals and timeframes.
- Help coach new operators on safe equipment use and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on experience operating a reach truck or similar powered industrial vehicle.
- Valid forklift certification (required).
- Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
