Forklift & Reach Truck Operator — Distribution Center
Location: Ashland, VA | Pay: $18–$20/hour (DOE)

Join a high-velocity warehouse where accuracy and safety power everything we do. We have openings on 1st and 2nd shift so you can match work with your routine.
You will- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, stage, and stack product.
- Load/unload trucks and verify order counts and condition.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues immediately.
- Follow safety guidelines and SOPs without exception.
- Keep aisles and storage areas organized and support inventory control.
- Partner with team members to achieve daily production and shipping targets.
- Hands-on forklift experience; some roles require stock picker, reach truck, or electric pallet jack skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal directions.
- Strength and stamina to handle heavy materials throughout the shift.
- Dependable, team-first approach with a safety mindset.
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is needed.
- $18–$20/hour based on experience.
