Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the sales counter with product selection and purchases.
- Answer customer questions and provide knowledgeable recommendations on plumbing products and supplies.
- Pull and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Load materials into customer vehicles and trucks safely.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked sales area.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Plumbing knowledge is required.
- Previous counter sales, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and load plumbing materials.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
