Aerospace CNC Machinist – Milling & Turning
New Britain CT
Must be US Citizen living in Connecticut
Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Competitive Pay, 28.00 to 45.00 DOE Overtime Available
Are you a true CNC Machinist? We’re looking for experienced Aerospace CNC Machinists with strong Milling experience to join our aerospace manufacturing team. If you can make offsets, adjust programs, hold tight tolerances, and understand the importance of precision machining, we want to talk to you.
Milling Experience is Priority
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Milling and Turning machines
- Make tool offsets and machine adjustments as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Perform quality checks to ensure aerospace tolerances are met
- Work independently while maintaining production standards
- Support overtime needs when production demands increase
Requirements:
- CNC Machinist experience in Aerospace Manufacturing preferred
- Strong Milling experience required
- Ability to make offsets and machine changes independently
- GD&T knowledge required
- Experience with FANUC Controls preferred
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Stable work history and strong attention to detail

- HAAS UMC 1000
- OKUMA 6300
- Daewoo DB 230 – FANUC Control
Turning Machines
- All VTL Machines – FANUC Control
1st and 2nd Shift Available
