We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a growing food manufacturing team in Norwich, CT. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting employees, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized production environment.
Location: Norwich, CT
Schedule: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay: $24.00-$27.00/hour DOE
What You'll Do:
- Lead and support a team of production employees on 3rd shift
- Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are consistently met
- Train employees on procedures, safety practices, and proper equipment/material handling
- Maintain production records, inventory, and required documentation
- Partner with Quality and Production teams to address issues and improve processes
- Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Assist with daily operations to keep production running efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Manufacturing, food production, or sanitation experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- English/Spanish bilingual skills required
