Customer Service & Office Coordinator – Portland, CT
$22-$25/hr DOE
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team in Portland, CT! This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and managing a variety of daily responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
Location: Portland, CT
Pay: $22-$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM
Saturday: 6:45 AM – 1:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with requests
- Take customer delivery requests and coordinate scheduling
- Communicate delivery details and updates with customers
- Provide backup support to the scale operator, including recording weights, handling customer requests, and collecting payments
- Assist with general office and customer service responsibilities
Requirements:
- Previous Office Assistant/Clerk or Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable spending time on your feet throughout the day
- Patient, dependable, and able to work in a busy environment
