Production Associate - 1st shift
Location: East Hartford, CT areas
Job Type: Full-Time, 7 am to 3:30 pm, 1st shift
Pay: $17/hr
As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing and packaging process. You will work on the production floor, operating machinery, assembling products, ensuring quality control, and keeping the workspace organized and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Assemble, pack, or inspect products based on company standards
- Monitor the production line for issues and report them to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Meet daily production targets and quality expectations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed
