We’re looking for motivated Machine Operators to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to build or expand their skills in a manufacturing environment.

Position Details
Location: Durham, CT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (2nd Shift)
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00/hour 10% shift differential

Responsibilities

• Operate spot welding equipment and press brake machinery
• Fabricate and assemble metal components to specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Spot welding or press brake experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to safely use hand tools and machinery
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to work independently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
