We are seeking a Assembly/Production Associate - 2nd shift to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring the production line operates efficiently and safely.

Location: New Britain, CT
Compensation: $17.25/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble products or components according to blueprints, work orders, or schematics
- Operate production equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks of finished products
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Communicate any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor
- Meet production quotas and timelines
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities
Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [e.g., 30-50 lbs]
- Basic math and reading skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
