Duties:
· Customer Support responds to inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product specifications via phone, email, and chat.
· Issue Resolution resolves customer concerns professionally and tracks open items like quotes and payments to completion.
· Proactive Communication updates clients regarding order status, delays, and shipment tracking information.
· Data Integrity maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account details.
· Internal Collaboration partners with technical departments, supply chain, and other internal teams to resolve complex inquiries.
