·         Third Shift – 11pm – 7am

Duties:

• Documentation
• • Preparing all test sheets and quality certificates
  • Filing and maintaining all test sheets
  • Retaining samples for customers

• Lab Testing
• • Sample preparation using wire cutters, wire strippers, etc.
  • Use of microscope for dimensional measurements
  • Use of tensile tester for physical properties and other custom tests
  • Use of micrometers and calipers

• Technical/Engineering Related
• • Dealing with quality issues
  • Involvement with equipment calibrations
