Territory Workforce Solutions Consultant

Morning coffee in hand, you map your assigned territory and head out to meet local business owners. By mid-morning, you're having conversations on storefront stoops and in office lobbies, uncovering real hiring challenges. After lunch, you present a tailored staffing solution that aligns with each client’s HR objectives. You wrap the day by coordinating with your internal recruiting teammates so the positions you surfaced get filled quickly and accurately.

As a Territory Workforce Solutions Consultant, you’ll drive face-to-face, door-to-door B2B outreach to build lasting relationships and connect employers with the talent they need. You’ll manage a book of business within a defined territory, grow new accounts, and act as a consultative partner to the local community.

• Prospect in person within your territory through door-to-door outreach to open new accounts
• Meet with owners and leaders to uncover hiring and HR objectives
• Design and deliver consultative, customized staffing proposals
• Nurture and expand long-term client partnerships while servicing existing accounts
• Collaborate with the internal recruiting team to align candidate pipelines with client needs
• Uphold professional standards and adhere to employment regulations in every interaction

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience preferred
