Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bobst Die Cutter Machine Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Bobst die cutting machines to produce high-quality packaging products. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality. MUST HAVE BOBST MACHINE EXPERIENCE !
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Bobst die cutting machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and specifications
- Ensure proper machine calibration and alignment
- Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Monitor production to meet efficiency and output goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating Bobst die cutter machines preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in packaging or printing industry
- Knowledge of die cutting processes and materials
- Forklift experience is a plus
