Role Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time, Small Office General Manager, for a growing company in Kalamazoo. The General Manager will oversee daily office operations and be focused on driving increased sales:
- Responsible for all business operations of a small, but growing office.
- Provide leadership and drive sales team to meet/exceed growth targets.
- Actively drive sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase retention and market presence.
- Oversee logistics, repair technicians, delivery/receiving and accounting employees.
- Continuously maintain a high performing office culture.
- Develop strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred.
- Previous P&L responsibility experience.
- 5 years experience driving sales/marketing.
- Developing and executing sales strategies, lead generation, and market expansion.
- Knowledge of BOM's, inventory and warehouse processes.
- Incredible energy, passion and business savvy.

- $80k-$90k/yr Bonus
