Role Description
The Outside Sales Hunter will continuously connect with previous, current and future clients. This includes:
- Regular cold calls on the phone and in person.
- Connect and build deep relationships with multiple people across multiple companies.
- Commit to learning different styles/techniques of contacting a client, obtaining, and closing a sale.
- Continuously live and promote the Express culture.
- Work both individually and in a team setting.
- Utilize internal CRM software to track and schedule activity.
- Attend various professional functions and networking events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Communications or similar.
- 0-5 yrs experience in a high volume sales role.
- Highly competitive and not afraid of conflict.
- Resilient and relentless mindset.
- Incredible energy and curiosity.
- Great people skills and networking ability.
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
