Administrative Assistant (Library Support)
Job Type: Part-Time (24 hours per week / 3 days per week) with potential for full-time consideration

Position Summary
This position provides high-level administrative support in a professional office environment within a library setting. The Administrative Assistant supports daily operations through communication management, scheduling coordination, records maintenance, and facility support functions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and professional email communications
- Maintain accurate and organized physical and electronic filing systems
- Coordinate scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements
- Submit and monitor facility and maintenance requests
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support as needed
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in administrative support, office management, executive assistance, or professional clerical roles preferred.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
